This Privacy Policy explains how Hospitality Leadership Coaching collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit hospitalityleadership.coach, download our eBook, contact us or work with our coaches.

Who we are

Hospitality Leadership Coaching ("HLC," "we," "us") is operated by MNDFL LDR LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. For any privacy question or request, email clifton@hospitalityleadership.coach.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us, plus basic website data.

• Contact form: name, email, company, number of employees interested, and what you'd like to learn about.
• eBook download form: first name, last name and email.
• Discovery calls and coaching: what you choose to share with your coach, plus scheduling and billing details handled through Calendly, Delenta, Google Workspace, PayPal and ACH bank transfer.
• Automatic website data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived, collected by Squarespace.

Please don't send sensitive information (health, financial or government ID details) through our website forms.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls.
• To send the eBook you requested.
• To deliver coaching, training and assessments you or your employer engaged us for.
• To send occasional emails about leadership resources if you downloaded our eBook or signed up. We email rarely, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Our website runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies to keep the site working and to give us basic visitor statistics through Squarespace Analytics. We don't use advertising pixels or sell visitor data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not. See Squarespace's cookie policy for details.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), email, scheduling, video-call and payment tools, and only as needed for them to provide their service.
• With your employer, when your employer sponsors your coaching. They see the agreed goals and progress, not the content of your sessions (see below).
• When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Coaching confidentiality

What you say in coaching sessions stays between you and your coach. Our coaches hold ICF credentials and follow the ICF Code of Ethics. When an employer sponsors coaching, we agree up front on what is shared with them: usually the goals and overall progress, never session content. The exceptions are the ones the ICF Code allows: your permission, a legal requirement, or a serious risk of harm to you or others.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Coaching notes are kept for the length of the engagement plus 4 years, then deleted. We use reputable, secure providers and limit access to the people who need it. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, at any time. Email clifton@hospitalityleadership.coach and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have added rights, such as data portability or the right to complain to a data protection authority. We honor those rights.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our providers may store data in the U.S. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed there.

Children

Our services are for working professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will show when it last changed.
