What services does Hospitality Leadership Coach offer?
Hospitality Leadership Coach (HLC) offers two one-on-one coaching packages, an Enterprise Partnership for companies and five boutique solutions for leaders in hotels, restaurants, healthcare, senior living and other service businesses. The packages are Executive Coaching for the C-suite (from $20,000 for six months, always led by a senior coach with over 2,500 coaching hours) and Senior Leader and High-Potential Coaching for GMs and rising leaders ($15,000 for six months). An Enterprise Partnership combines coaching for many leaders, team coaching and assessments in one plan, by custom quote. The boutique solutions are team coaching (from $5,500), executive team facilitation, leadership development programs (from $1,200 a month), assessments with 360 feedback ($600 each) and hospitality training for service businesses. Every engagement is led by coaches credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who have worked in hotels and restaurants, and follows the same five-stage D²E³ method: Discover, Design, Execute, Evaluate and Evolve. Sessions run virtually or on site, so they fit around shifts.

How do you choose between coaching, training and facilitation?
- If one leader needs to change specific habits such as delegation, decisions or accountability, start with a one-on-one package: Executive Coaching for CEOs, owners and the C-suite, or Senior Leader coaching for GMs, regional leaders, department heads and rising leaders.
- If you want to develop many leaders and teams at once, ask about an Enterprise Partnership.
- If the problem sits between people, for example departments that don't trust each other or a team that isn't aligned, try team coaching.
- If you need decisions on a plan, book executive team facilitation: one session that ends with owners and next steps.
- If a group of managers needs new skills, a leadership development program teaches them as a group, with follow-up sessions. That is training set by the organization, while coaching works on one leader's own goals.
- If you're not sure yet, start with an assessment or a 360. It gives you and the leader a clear picture before you commit.
Why invest in developing leaders?
- 529% return on investment from executive coaching at a Fortune 500 company, before counting retention benefits (MetrixGlobal, 2001).
- 88% productivity gain when managers had one-on-one coaching after training, versus 22.4% from training alone (Olivero, Bane & Kopelman, Public Personnel Management, 1997).
- 76% of employees say they are more likely to stay with a company that offers continuous training (TalentLMS & SHRM survey, 2022).
- 94% of employees would stay at a company longer if it invested in their career development (LinkedIn Workplace Learning Report, 2018).

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between coaching and training?
Training teaches a group new knowledge. Coaching helps one leader apply it, changing specific habits in their own role. Many HLC programs combine both.
How much do HLC services cost?
Executive Coaching starts at $20,000 and Senior Leader and High-Potential Coaching is $15,000, each for six months, paid in full. Enterprise Partnerships are priced by custom quote. Team coaching starts at $5,500 for six sessions, leadership development starts at $1,200 a month, and assessments are $600 each. Facilitation and hospitality training are quoted for each project.
Why choose a coach with hospitality experience?
Your coach already understands shifts, guest service and multi-department teams, so sessions start from your real situation instead of time spent explaining the industry. HLC's lead coaches have 40+ combined years in hotels and restaurants.
How does an HLC engagement work?
Every engagement follows the five-stage D²E³ method: Discover (assessments and interviews), Design (a plan and agreed goals), Execute (sessions and accountability), Evaluate (a midpoint review) and Evolve (locking in gains and planning what comes next).
Can sessions be virtual?
Yes. Sessions run virtually so they fit around shifts and time zones, and on-site work is available.
What if we're not happy with progress?
Hospitality Leadership Coach will make it right. Depending on your agreement, that can mean additional coaching at no extra cost, releasing you from the agreement, or a full refund. The exact terms are in your coaching agreement.
