ICF or EMCC credentialed
You hold an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential: ACC, PCC or MCC. Or an EMCC Global accreditation: Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner or Master Practitioner.
Service-industry roots
You've spent at least five years working in hotels, restaurants, healthcare or another service business.

How working with HLC works
Contract work. Associate coaches work with us on a contract basis, one engagement at a time. There are no fixed hours, and work comes as client needs come.
One method. Every HLC engagement follows our D²E³ method: Discover, Design, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve. We'll walk you through it.
Work from anywhere. Most coaching happens online, so you can be based anywhere and coach in the languages you speak.
