Executive Team Facilitation
A facilitated session helps your senior team settle priorities, work through hard decisions, and leave with owners and next steps. HLC facilitates for leadership teams in hotels, restaurants, senior care, healthcare, and other service organizations.
Facilitation is different from team coaching. Coaching builds how a team works together over months. Facilitation focuses one session, such as a strategy day, off-site, or planning retreat, on a specific outcome.
When to bring in a facilitator
- Launching a new initiative, property, or location
- Leading through change: new ownership, a merger, or a leadership transition
- Annual or quarterly strategy and budget planning
- A decision the team keeps circling without resolving
What your team leaves with
- Aligned goals: clear priorities and the key initiatives that move the organization forward
- Better collaboration: fewer silos, more open communication, and stronger trust
- Decisions, not just discussion: hard issues worked through to actionable solutions
- A shared vision: a common purpose and direction the whole organization can follow
How it works
We use the first stages of our D²E³ method. Before the session, we talk with key participants to understand the issues (Discover). We then design the agenda around the outcome you need (Design) and run the session (Execute). Afterward you receive a written summary of decisions, owners, and next steps.
Who facilitates
Sessions are usually co-facilitated by Clifton Carmody, PCC, ACTC and Edward Vicedo, MCC, ACTC, who bring ICF team coaching credentials and years of hospitality leadership.
Investment
A half-day session starts at $5,000 in person or $3,000 virtually.
