About Jannine
Jannine spent 12 years as a restaurant general manager in Los Angeles, Sydney, and San Francisco. She knows the nonstop pace, long hours, and high stakes of leading teams in restaurants and events.
Along the way she saw many leaders, especially women, handling that pressure without the support they deserved. Having built her career in a male-dominated industry, she helps women lead in their own style with confidence and clarity.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Jannine partners with chefs, managers, and other hospitality leaders on communication, collaboration, and sustainable leadership. Her clients include leaders from Michelin Guide restaurant Che Fico and its sister restaurants. She is active in Females in Food and Her Workplace.
